Warm, contemporary and effortlessly elegant, Carnelian moves easily from intimate private dinners and long-table celebrations to corporate events, milestone occasions and exclusive venue takeovers.
With a collection of distinct spaces, each event can be shaped around the people, the occasion and the atmosphere you want to create.
THE PERFECT EVENT SPACE
The main dining floor comfortably seats approximately 76 guests, with flexible table configurations that can be adapted for larger groups, including an impressive single table for up to 30 guests.
An elevated fireplace area provides a more intimate setting for up to 24 guests, while two relaxed lounge areas offer additional space for smaller gatherings.
Step outside and the balcony offers seating for 24 guests across six booths – perfect for sundowners, pre-dinner drinks or an occasion that flows effortlessly between indoors and out.
PRIVATE DINING
For something more private, Carnelian offers two dedicated dining rooms.
THE LIVING WALL
A beautiful, intimate setting for up to 18 guests comfortably, or 20 for a slightly larger gathering.
THE CELLAR ROOM
Seating 10 guests, the Cellar Room lends itself perfectly to private dinners, special celebrations and discreet business occasions.
Both rooms feature their own television and sound system, independent of the main restaurant.
EXCLUSIVE VENUE HIRE
For larger occasions, Carnelian can be booked exclusively, giving you the freedom to make the entire upstairs space your own.
A full sound system with PA facilities, large-screen television and projector make it equally suited to corporate presentations, launches, sporting events and celebrations.
